Payment Methods: We accept cash, wire/bank transfer and credit cards.

Please note that there will be a 3% convenience fee added to credit card purchases.
A $15 fee will be added for any wire/bank transfer.

Baldini Auction Company, LLC will only accept payment by credit card for invoices of $3,000 or less. Payment for invoices over $3,000 must be made via wire transfer or cash.

All purchases must be paid for in the name of the registered bidder.

There is no Tennessee State sales tax collected on items in this auction. 

Pickup: All items must be picked up by Thursday, October 22nd by 4:00pm.  Any item(s) remaining after such time will be considered abandoned and Baldini Auction Company, LLC will reserve the right to resell item(s) in another auction. Buyer is responsible for loading their purchased items. The storage unit is located at A+ Storage, 911 Division Street in downtown Nashville. The storage unit number will be disclosed to buyer. 

Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder with no reserve.

All lots sell as-is, where-is, with all faults. Baldini Auction Company, LLC and the seller do not give or make any guarantee or warranty. Baldini Auction Company, LLC has tried to provide accurate descriptions of each lot; however, it is the bidder’s responsibility to make a suitable inspection.

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.

This auction has a staggered ending, which means five lots will close every two minutes. If there is any bidding in the last five minutes, the software will automatically extend the bidding for five minutes. When there is no bidding for the final five minutes, that item will close.
