Payment Methods: Your Credit Card on file will be charged immediately following the auction end. Payment for invoices over $3,000 MUST be made via wire transfer.
A $15 fee will be added for any wire/bank transfer.
There is no Tennessee State sales tax collected on items in this auction. Buyer is responsible for paying all taxes to the State as applicable on purchase of vehicle.
A 15% Buyer's Premium is in effect for this auction.
Pickup: Pick-up will be Friday, October 29th from 10am to 2:00pm. Any item(s) remaining after pick up time will be considered abandoned and Baldini Auction Company, LLC will reserve the right to resell item(s) in another auction.
If you cannot pick-up your items by October 29th, please DO NOT BID!!! No exceptions.

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
This auction has a staggered ending, which means five lots will close every two minutes. If there is any bidding in the last five minutes, the software will automatically extend the bidding for five minutes. When there is no bidding for the final five minutes, that item will close.
