Inspection: Available by appointment only on Wednesday, October 11 from 11am to 3pm in Hendersonville, Tn. Address will disclosed once you call for your inspection appointment. Please note the address on the website is NOT the address for inspection or pick-up. Please contact us for an appointment. Call the office at 615-490-6849 or 615-500-4917.
Payment Methods: Your Credit Card on file will be charged immediately following the auction end. If you have more than one credit card on file in the system, please update your credit card information by supplying us with one credit card. Otherwise, we will have to call you to find out which card to charge which will slow down the check out process. Payment for invoices over $3,000 MUST be made via wire transfer. If you prefer to pay with cash, please notify us of that by October 11th.
A $15 fee will be added for any wire/bank transfer.
There is no Tennessee State sales tax collected on items in this auction. 15% Buyer's Premium is in effect for this auction.
Pickup: Pick-up will be Friday October 13th, from 10am to 4pm. Address in Hendersonville, Tennessee will be disclosed on your purchase invoice. Please note the address on the website is NOT the address for inspection and pick-up. Any item(s) remaining after pick up time will be considered abandoned and Baldini Auction Company, LLC will reserve the right to resell item(s) in another auction.
If you cannot pick-up your items on this date and you do NOT want to pay for shipping, then please DO NOT BID!!! No exceptions. No refunds!
If you can't make pick-up, don't worry...Shipping is available on all items except furniture.
Baldini Auction Company can take your items to our local shipper, for a fee. Fees will vary depending on the item(s). You will need to advise us via email or by phone 615-490-6849 that you would like your items shipped. We will then advise you as to how much we will charge you to take your purchases to our third party shipper, Pony Mailbox, information below. Once they receive your item(s), we will send you an email to let you know they are in possession of your artwork. In turn, Pony Mailbox will contact you and arrange payment for shipping your items to you so please make sure your contact information on record on your account is correct. Baldini Auction Company does not control shipping prices through our third party provider but we can assure you they are reasonable. We have been working with them for several years.
Most of the artwork will need to be shipped in a flat box, as the etchings are very delicate. Some art may be able to be rolled and fit into a tube. We will leave those decisions to the third party shipper.

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
This auction has a staggered ending, which means five lots will close every two minutes. If there is any bidding in the last five minutes, the software will automatically extend the bidding for five minutes. When there is no bidding for the final five minutes, that item will close.
