Inspection for Firearms: All firearms are being stored at Guns and Leather Proshop - 600 West Main Street in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Please check their store hours.
PAYMENTS:
Payment Due: Since Baldini Auction Company is not storing firearms, all purchases will be made via credit card on file immediately folllowing auction end.
Please note there will be a 3% convenience fee added to credit card purchases.
A $15 fee will be added for any wire/bank transfer.
Baldini Auction Company, LLC will only accept payment by credit card for invoices of $3,000 or less. Payment for invoices over $3,000 must be made via wire transfer or cash.
All purchases must be paid for in the name of the registered bidder.
There is no Tennessee State sales tax collected on items in this auction.
You may NOT pay for your firearm purchase at Guns and Leather Proshop.
For firearm purchases: The name on invoice will be in the name of the registered bidder. That is the name that will be given to Guns and Leather. Once the purchaser has paid, Baldini Auction Company, we will provide the name of each purchaser of each firearm to Guns and Leather Proshop. Then, you may go by Guns and Leather and complete your paperwork. Do not contact the Proshop to check if your payment has processed as Baldini Auction Company is collecting payments. Any questions about firearm payments, contact our office at 615-490-6849.
Note from Guns and Leather: For purchasers of all firearms, there will be a $10 background check fee and a $40 transfer fee per firearms. NO EXCEPTIONS! This payment will be collected at Guns and Leather Proshop. Baldini Auction Company will not collect payments for these fees.
Pick-Up for Firearms:
Pick-up for all firearms will be at Guns and Leather Proshop - 600 West Main Street - Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075. You must visit the Proshop by 3:00pm on Friday, November 13th to complete your paperwork for background checks. Once your background check has been satisfactorily completed (which usually only takes a few minutes ) and provided you pass, then you may pick up your firearms at that time.
All lots will be sold to the highest bidder. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all purchases.

Firearms: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun. If you have been convicted of a felony DO NOT BID as you cannot make any purchase of any firearm! The name on the invoice will be the name given to Guns and Leather as the purchaser.
