Inspection: Will be held on Tuesday, June 8th from 10 to 2pm.
Payment Methods: Because of COVID we will ONLY be accepting credit card payments and wire transfers. All items must be paid for by 3pm on Thursday, June 10th. You may login to your own account and pay your invoice once the auction has ended. We will also email an invoice to you.
A $15 fee will be added for any wire/bank transfer.
Payment for invoices over $3,000 MUST be made via wire transfer.
All purchases must be paid for in the name of the registered bidder.
There is no Tennessee State sales tax collected on items in this auction.
A 15% Buyer's Premium is in effect for this auction.
Pickup: Pick-up will be Thursday, June 10th and Friday, June 11th in Hermitage from 10am. to 3:30pm. Address will be disclosed on purchasing invoices. Any item(s) remaining after pick up time will be considered abandoned and Baldini Auction Company, LLC will reserve the right to resell item(s) in another auction. Buyer is responsible for loading their purchased items. We will have 2 men onsite on Thursday, June 10th ONLY from 10am to 2:30 pm to load furniture items for you.
If you cannot pick-up your items by June 11th and/or do not want us to ship your purchases, please DO NOT BID!!! No exceptions.
We have a company we are working with, who will be able to ship small items for reasonable rates. For your convenience, we will transport (for a small fee) items which can be hand carried to:

Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder with no reserve. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be in effect for this auction.
All lots sell as-is, where-is, with all faults. Baldini Auction Company, LLC and the seller do not give or make any guarantee or warranty. Baldini Auction Company, LLC has tried to provide accurate descriptions of each lot; however, it is the bidder’s responsibility to make a suitable inspection.
All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
This auction has a staggered ending, which means five lots will close every two minutes. If there is any bidding in the last five minutes, the software will automatically extend the bidding for five minutes. When there is no bidding for the final five minutes, that item will close.
