Inspection: Will be held onsite in Hendersonville. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals.
Payment Methods: Cash, Credit Card and Wire Transfer
A $15 fee will be added for any wire/bank transfer.
Payment for invoices over $3,000 MUST be made via wire transfer.
2013 Lexus is selling subject to seller confirmation. Auctioneer is not obligated to release reserve price.
2013 Lexus must be paid for via wire transfer only. NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE VEHICLE PURCHASE!!!! Title will be mailed within 5 days from confirmation of payment and will include 15% Buyer's Premium to determine final contract price.
All purchases must be paid for in the name of the registered bidder.
There is no Tennessee State sales tax collected on items in this auction. Buyer is responsible for paying all taxes to the State as applicable on purchase of vehicle.
A 15% Buyer's Premium is in effect for this auction.
Pickup: Pick-up will be Thursday, September 9th and Friday, September 10th in Hendersonville from 10am to 4:00pm. Address will be disclosed on purchasing invoices. Any item(s) remaining after pick up time will be considered abandoned and Baldini Auction Company, LLC will reserve the right to resell item(s) in another auction.
We will have 2 men onsite on Thursday, and Friday September 9th and 10th from 10:30am to 2:30 pm to help load heavy and oversized furniture items; HOWEVER, buyer is ultimately responsible for loading their purchased items. If you cannot make it during those specified times to pick up furniture items, you will be responsible for securing your own movers.
If you cannot pick-up your items by September 10th and/or do not want us to ship your purchases, please DO NOT BID!!! No exceptions.

This auction has a staggered ending, which means five lots will close every two minutes. If there is any bidding in the last five minutes, the software will automatically extend the bidding for five minutes. When there is no bidding for the final five minutes, that item will close.
